Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 September 2026 · MA ZARICH AUTONOMOUS COMMERCE LTD

1. What this is

BabyBoom is a baby-supplies restocking service operated by Ma Zarich Autonomous Commerce Ltd ("the Company"). The service is not yet open to the public. This site lets you leave a phone number to be notified when it opens.

2. The waitlist

• By leaving a number you confirm it is yours and that you are over 18.
• We use the number for one purpose: a message (or a small number of messages) about the launch. No advertising, no sharing with third parties.
• You can be removed at any time — email us below.

3. When the service opens

Use of the service itself will be governed by detailed terms shown before onboarding — including spending ceilings you set, explicit approval for any permission change, and the ability to stop everything with one message. Nothing is purchased or charged based on joining the waitlist.

4. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We make no commitment to a launch date. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

5. Governing law

Israeli law applies; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Tel Aviv district.
